Agnitio Launches 2nd Generation Automatic Speaker Identification System (ASIS) Product – Addressing Homeland Security (HLS) Requirements

Agnitio is proud to announce the release of its Automatic Speaker Identification System (ASIS) 2.0 product that addresses Homeland Security (HLS) requirements. This is based on Agnitio’s 2nd generation of Speaker Identification (SID) technology capabilities.
ASIS is the first Automatic Speaker Identification System deployed for building central police databases of voice biometrics of known criminals that allows police investigations on intercepted voice samples.
 
The ASIS 2.0 product includes numerous new features, incorporating feedback based from customers, in particular by the Spanish Police, Guardia Civil, who have implemented the ASIS product since 2006.
 
Highlights of ASIS 2.0 Capabilities:
• Ability to identify voice samples of suspects and criminals using a voice biometric database
• Automatic calibration for enabling its use by non-experts
• Unique identification capabilities: Voice models can be created with one channel or language and identified against voice samples in a  different /unknown channel or language:
      - Text Independent (Free speech)
      - Language Independent
      - Channel Independent  (Landline, GSM or VoIP)
