User and Distributor Certification Programs

As the number of BATVOX users around the World is continuously increasing, a proof of a correct system usage is needed. Therefore, AGNITIO has launched the Batvox User and Distributor Certification Programs.



AGNITIO has defined three different user certification levels:

• Basic User
• Advanced User
• Expert User

For our partners AGNITIO has developed a BATVOX support certification in two levels:

• BATVOX Official Distributor
• BATVOX Official Support Partner.
